On the day of repair he said he couldn’t replace with a dry ridge line due to the construction of the ridge. Instead he repaired the mortar supporting the ridge tiles. Less than a year later the mortar started falling out. I called and he said he was busy but would come round and repair. He never did. 4 years later, all the mortar has fallen out.
